Improve Your Confidence and Your Ability to
Process Information Accurately, Reduce Worries,
and Communicate Clearly

The Solisten Training Program, the portable educational application of the Tomatis Method, delivers results that transform confidence, fear of living, learning, reading, worry and more.

What is anxiety in children and why is it important?

Self-confidence is critical in our world today to live a healthy and motivated life. There are growing numbers of children who have fears about walking to school, being among their peers, or even failing in their schoolwork. There is also increased fear of taking tests.

If you or your child are anxious or worried—for whatever reason—it can affect all aspects of your life such as attending school, making friends, learning, communicating,  achieving life goals, or becoming independent.

The Solisten Training Program improves confidence and self-esteem for people of all ages. What was once difficult becomes natural and easy.

Solisten is the portable application of the 55-year old Tomatis Method. This program builds on our knowledge that the ear is the first organ to grow in utero (Read more). Dr. Alfred A. Tomatis, the ear, nose and throat physician who developed the Tomatis Method and its patented technology, discovered that by changing the ear and how a person listens, the entire body changes.

How do I know if my child is anxious?

Many symptoms of poor listening shown on our Listening Checklist may be indications of fear and anxiety. Some people have experienced ear infections, a difficult birthing process, a childhood disease, an accident, or the loss of a close relative or cherished pet that may impact self-confidence and a person’s ability to live easily in the world.

Whatever the reason, it is possible to develop or regain self-confidence and improve a person’s sense of calm and peace enabling him to learn. The individualized programs and unique methodology of Solisten initiate change.
