What Some Solisten
Clients Have to Say

“After the first thirty hours of listening, Peter’s teacher reported that Peter could stay in his seat and complete his seat work. It’s the first time in his school career”
— Mother of Peter, 4th grade

“When we first met, Daniel only looked at the ground. Sound was too chaotic for him to keep his balance. Now he looks me in the eye when we speak. I see who
he is.”
— Len Young, PhD,

Improve Your Ability to Listen Well, Process Information Accurately, and Succeed in Learning

The Solisten Training Program, the portable educational application of the Tomatis Method, delivers results that transform learning, reading, focus, recall and more.

What is attention deficit and why is it important?

The ability to pay attention and focus are critical. These are human abilities we use to understand and relate to others, to successfully communicate our thoughts and ideas, and to achieve our goals in learning. If you are struggling with attention, focus, staying on task, follow-through, or homework—for whatever reason—it can affect all aspects of your life such as being a student and completing your work, learning, making friends, expressing yourself verbally or in writing, or living peacefully with your family.

The Solisten Training Program improves attention and focus for people of all ages. What was once difficult becomes natural and easy.

Solisten is the portable application of the 55-year old Tomatis Method. The program builds on our knowledge that the ear is the first organ to grow in utero (Read more). Dr. Alfred A. Tomatis, the ear, nose and throat physician who developed the Tomatis Method and its patented technology, discovered that by changing the ear and how a person listens, the entire body changes.

How do I know if I have difficulties with attention and focus?

Many people find that they have one or more of the symptoms of poor listening including attention or focus, shown on our Listening Checklist. Some people have experienced ear infections, a difficult birthing process, a childhood disease, an accident, or loss of a close relative or cherished pet that may impact a person’s ability to pay attention.

Whatever the cause, it is possible to develop or reorganize listening and improve attention and related abilities. Individualized programs and unique methodology of Solisten® implement change.
